Property Description
Tucked inside the highly sought-after Coosawattee River Resort, where short-term rentals thrive and mountain living meets investment opportunity, this beautifully maintained log-sided cabin delivers the lifestyle buyers are chasing and the income potential investors demand. Set on two combined lots totaling 1.40 acres, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat offers over 2,300 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, with one bedroom and bath on each level, ideal for hosting multiple families or maximizing rental flexibility. A soaring great room anchored by a stunning stacked stone fireplace creates an unforgettable first impression, while the open loft above invites relaxation and overlooks the heart of the home. The terrace level features a private ensuite with a custom tile walk-in shower and bonus space, perfect for a separate guest suite or turnkey rental setup. Upstairs, the primary suite opens to its own private balcony, where year-round mountain views become your daily backdrop. Outdoor living is where this property truly shines, enjoy a spacious wraparound porch with both covered and open-air sections, plus an outdoor fireplace made for cozy evenings, storytelling, and mountain memories. Major updates bring peace of mind, including a new HVAC installed in May 2024, a roof less than seven years old, and ongoing pest control with termite bond in place. An oversized storage building offers the perfect spot for outdoor gear, especially with deeded access to the Coosawattee River just moments away. Residents enjoy gated security and resort-style amenities including multiple pools, tennis courts, river parks, walking trails, and year-round activities, making this one of Ellijay's most desirable communities for both full-time living and high-performing short-term rentals. Whether you are searching for a personal mountain escape or an investment opportunity, this property checks every box and then some. Call today for a tour!
